RGS 252 report

A quick pre-convention report on progress on RGS coach 252: Most of the exterior wood has been replaced, new end platforms are complete, letter boards are on, we are finishing sanding, should be painting next Tuesday. Our goal is to have her painted, numbered, lettered and varnished before winter. She's really looking good. Mucho work remains, we haven't done anything on the interior or windows yet, and still don't have 1880 passenger trucks or seats. If you are in the Ridgway area before or after the convention, stop by and take a look, as well as at the recreation of RGS inspection car No. 1 (the W. D. Lee Model T) and our other exhibits. We may have a surprise or two to talk about.
