Great sleuthing, gentlemen. On this page you will find several color photos of a side tank 2-8-2T No. 4 lettered for Bloedel, Stewart and Welsh on display somewhere on Vancouver island. See: [www.google.com]:

I am not sure how this loco reconciles with MB LTD 1066.
