Ron: That was a REALLY unique situation. I was on that train. It was a combination of Train 215 and our Wildflower/Botany Train. Train 215 experienced problems and our W/B train was in a position behind it to help out. 215 held the main at Lobato, we passed it on the siding, backed up to it on the main, hooked it on and proceeded to head to Chama.

Believe it or not, the entire extended consist was able to be turned on the wye at Chama in one move!

Mountain railroading at it's best!
