Homelessness pending

Hi,

It looks like I lost my last bid to keep from being homeless. Sad since I was just able to sell enough turntable kits this past 6 days to almost equal my pension check and double my earnings.

I live in my sister and brother-in-law's house. It is currently raining into the living room and into the upstair's bathroom. It needs a new roof and none of us has the money to pay for the estimated $30,000 roof. Sadly, if I owned the house, I could get almost free help to replace the roof.

I do not have the money to pay for an apartment to live in until I can collect Social Security at age 62. My birthday is November 14 and so I might get a Social Security check (at 75% of full SS) in December 2017. Sadly it would still be below the federal poverty level no matter what.

I will probably be out of the house and have to find a shelter before the end of the month.
