I have followed this thread with some interest and have a few observations.

The Friends of the C&TS have put their backs into pulling this together. I don't know of another time so much energy has been put into a recreation charter.
This includes painting rolling stock and lettering for the RGS, re-lettering the 463 to #455, transporting, repairing, repainting and lettering a genuine RGS caboose.
Additionally the #315 will make an appearance in appropriate time frame paint and lettering (1941).

This event is not likely to be repeated in the foreseeable future.
It looks like there will not be any commercial video made.
While I understand that Alamosa is 30 minutes away, remember the RGS is 76 years away down a road no other vehicle can take you on.

If you miss this chance it may well not come again.
