To my knowledge the Friends do not OWN any car on the CATS. Just like the Gramps car that was purchased and moved by a donation of a Friends member it belongs to the R/R now. Link to the Gramps car coming home to the CATS The Friends mission is to support the railroad, nothing else.

BTW there are only TWO charters this fall, the Friends Rio Grande Southern which will have correct lettering on not only the engine and cars, but a REAL Rio Grande Southern caboose, the 400. This trip should be much more authentic than any Southern recreation in the past. Just a few tickets left for the Friends trip, and the other trip this fall is sponsored by the 315 group, should be fun, please join us.
