A salute to the employees & volunteers of the C&T!!!

There has been a lot of second guessing on various operations of the C&T (and just about every thing else too!) most recently about the diesel clearing the line up to Cumbres. I deeply respect the professionalism, dedication and hard earned experience of all connected with the C&T. I wish to personally apologize for calling all of this in question in any comments I have made concerning the operations of the railroad. It is so easy to sit back & second guess/criticize their efforts from the comfort of my coach and I, for one, need to restrain myself from ill considered remarks that may have offended any one.
