At the Nevada State Railroad Museum the Virginia & Truckee coach #4 is equipped with replica Miller Couplers.
At the Society for the Preservation of Carter Railroad Resources (SPCRR) the former SP 3-foot gauge combine #1010 has been equipped with replica Miller Couplers. About 15-20 years ago when the restoration of this carbody was being done, I recall that the SPCRR people had heard about the MIller coupler found up along the Sumpter and may have been able to measure it.
A number of railroads used the Miller coupler on passenger cars between the link-and-pin era and the final acceptance and application of the "Jenny" MCB coupler. I think the Rio Grande was one of these railroads.
