As nice as the news is that No. 40 is returning to the Loop, I'm a bit surprised the Ashby's would lease it to the Loop. Maybe time does heal old wounds.

Also, is there enough demand for three steam locomotives: the 9, 40 and 111?

If so, that is certainly good news.
