Lake City Branch - High Bridge (343.01)

I was doing some research on the Lake City Branch, and at Bridge 343.01 the High Bridge, a number of books say this bridge was 800 feet long. But when I was looking at the platt maps that Bob Richardson put together, the bridge is only 432 feet long.
Any one have more information about this?
