Hi,
In summary:
2 of 15 K27s exist - both operational. I think one other K27 tender is still around on the C&TS. If there are three K27 tenders and two locomotives then I guess that makes 2.5 K27s.
3 of 10 K28s exist - one is operational. one is undergoing restoration and the third is stored serviceable (I guess that's the correct term for 478).
9 of 10 K36s exist - eight are operational. 483 is the only one not operable.
7.5 of 10 K37s exist - one is operable (491). There are eight locomotives and seven tenders existing hence 7.5 locos.
