this has been up for discussion a few times, Jim Courtney put this together for us, [c-sng-discussion-forum.41377.n7.nabble.com]
I guess the tank's painters did the best they could, quite a surprise to see it after the old Brown version was around for 3 of my previous visits to the Tunnel area.
