Hi,
A fellow I know (non-railroad) is doing a history research of the Gainesville Midland railroad and the structures surrounding the line.
He found a contact with a glass plate negative of GM 804
This started life as Crystal River Railroad 0-8-0 #11.
As far as I know, this is the only photo of this locomotive on the GM. I have one photo of it (as #4) on the Columbus and Rome (later North and South of Georgia) and one of it on the Central Of Georgia as its 804.
FWIW.

P.S. This is also the locomotive that is rumored (mostly fact through CRRM) to have been sent to Cuba, purchased by an American to bring it back and never got permission to bring it back to the USofA.
