Well, Casey -
You're the first with the correct answer, although I don't remember exactly what happened. My photo of #610 passing through the yards in Cleburne, Texas the previous afternoon and after arrival on the base later in the evening do not show any damage to her pilot, so apparently a minor collision occurred when the train was being rearranged for the following day's display and tours. I wish I could offer you a cab ride on #610 - I'd like to have a second one myself - but the Texas State Railroad just isn't an appropriate run for such a marvelous beast and SFAIK the Grand Canyon Railway isn't (yet) interested in leasing her
