After years of trying to match what D&RGW colors might have been with Floquil and other brands, and then applying the paint with my air brush, I tried something new this time: I used off the shelf craft paint and brushed it on! At Michael's, or it may have been Hobby Lobby, I bought DecoArt acrylic paint Yellow Ochre in the Americana line. I also bought Folk Art Coffee Bean color, both come in 2 fl oz plastic jars. They brush on nicely and thin with water. They dry quickly and cleanup is easy. I am please with the colors I picked and the results.
