This week WP&Y 2-6-2 #4 will be making a big move as she leaves Silver Plume, Colorado bound for Cheyenne Wyoming and the shops of the Wasatch Railroad Contractors for her restoration to steam.
As a favor to my friend Jerry Huck, I thought I would post a few of my photos of WP&Y #4 when she moved down from the Yukon in 1955 through Seattle on her way to Wisconsin. The photos of her on her flatcar were taken in July 1955 by Harold A. Hill.
The last photo shows her soon after delivery to Wisconsin.
