The Loop and Ferrocarril Coahuila y Zacatecas No. 1 at Midwest Central Railroad

So I read something saying that the Midwest Central Railroad and the Georgetown Loop are doing some kind of trade involving 9 and 12 for Ferrocarril Coahuila y Zacatecas No. 1. This locomotive is currently at the Midwest Central Railroad in Iowa and it is too big to run there. But I heard something saying it might be used at the Loop. I have not heard anything about this sense. My question is, is that plan dead or was this never even a plan at all? If you know anything, please tell me.

This is where I read it from
