I think this stamping of Pottsville is from the manufacturer of the rolled plate iron, (wrought iron). The girders mechanical design strongly suggest this bridge was built by the Edge Moore Iron Works of Willmington, Deleware. I will expain this someday when I can get my external hard drive online. If one looks at UP Magazine on Google Books there is a article on the history of UP turntables and they preceded Edge Moore turntables in the early 1880s.
