The boiler is now off the frame. Ron is repairing the drawbar pocket, the rods are going for stress relief before machining, valve gear is waiting for me to get off my sorry butt and do the eccentric rod/link pins. Wedges will be up next, drivers are finished and awaiting tires to arrive. Boiler will be finished - mainly riveting throat braces in March, and miscellaneous mop-up prior to installing flues.

The drawbar pocket was classic #20 condition - broken in unimaginable ways.

Hope to have pictures in a month or so.
