62 was the only inside frame locomotive purchased new before the 70 class arrived.
10 and 14 went to AK in May 1942. The lease between WP&YR and the army was effective Oct 1, 1942, and approved by Canada in Nov. 1942.
I have one photo of 14 in AK before rebuilding, and can't see any lettering on the tender due to the angle and poor lighting, or maybe there is no lettering. There is a possibility the WP&YR lettering after the rebuild was mistakenly applied by NP.
