Caboose and rolling stock on CO-149 near Lake City?

looks like they have a high side gondola, boxcar and a caboose. The house is built like a train station and they also have a standard gauge PS-1 under a lean-to. Any idea what this is? Is that a real NG caboose or another modern boxcar rebuild like the one on the C&TS?
