Looked like engineer Oscar Caldwell and fireman Arthur T. McClintock had engine 1203 and the standard gauge passenger train that day while Dan Holly was engineer on the San Juan. The crew caller is writing in the San Juan fireman's name. Vernon V. Todd was on the switch engine with Fred Black as the fireman. Todd had two years seniority on Holly but would putter around the Alamosa yard than run the narrow gauge passenger train.
Black had no engineer seniority, staying in the Alamosa yard.

On second glance maybe Oscar Caldwell wasn't on the standard gauge passenger train that day. I really can't read the writing on the engineer's slot on that part of the call board. However, I found Caldwell's name in another spot.
