Excursion Questions on the D&RGW NG

I have some various clips of 2 and 3 day excursions on the Narrow Gauge in the 40-60's. I was wondering how rare film would be on these trips. So the next question would be how many folks were riding those trips and chasing. Then next what percent took pictures, and of that number actually took movies(8mm or 16mm). I would imagine on most trips it would be less than 3% for movies. Anyone have any rider numbers from any of these steam-era fantrips. Besides my questions, it would be kinda interesting to know how many folks rode those trips.
