Newberry's store or Brower's store or both?

All: In looking for more information on the pump house at Cimarron, another quandary rose to the occasion. It has been stated that Newberry's Store has been owned for the last 70 years by the same family and we know that it is out on Route 50. That would make the current family owning it since 1945 according to the date on the reference. Now Gilbert Lathrop mentions a store in Cimarron and the storekeeper is a Mr. Brower. Is this the early Newberry's or is this store mentioned the two story white one across the river from the Black Canyon Hotel in earlier pictures? Also is this Newberry's part of the old chain or was it separate? And the plat map of Cimarron I have shows a store about where the current Newberry's is now. So which is/was which is the new issue...........Back to finding obscure items. Paul.
