Two sections of the former Denver & Rio Grande narrow gauge in Colorado took the top spots in a USA Today survey of the best train rides and transportation museums in the U.S. Readers rated the Cumbres & Toltec Scenic Railroad, and the Durango & Silverton Narrow Gauge Railroad as their favorites. The Cass Scenic Railroad was third.
