Car B was part of the President's Train of Cars "P" "B" and "N" that wrecked above Shalona Lake. P and B burned in the wreck. N survived to be B-3 aka "Nomad" today.

Car C, as the commissary car would be set up similar to the B-1 in Alamosa today.
