Ed Lowrance has posted photos taken by George Trevor, (guy in the white hard hat) of an April 1st & 2nd work session headed by Bill Lock (founder of the Friends) on removing the roof on a double decker stock car. Even with flood water remaining and LOTS of MUD the guys went slogging away on the car down in the 'swamp', (its not called a SWAMP without a reason..). That round tent is the location of where Mike Thode and his crews restored the 0503 caboose there years ago. Looks like Bill wanted to get a jump start on this summer's work session, and he found lots of help.

An aside on George Trevor, he did about 60% of the sandblasting that we did on those two tank cars we did in 3 days two years ago, and this summer we are going to do the remaining 3 tank cars. Come on out session C, (or whatever session you can show up for) and help. You will LOVE busting yer ass with some really great folks! Please join us.
