What does NNG really mean?

I see the NNG prefix on many thread labels and always believed it to mean Not Narrow Gauge. Is this a hidden meaning or insider's code thing some of us need to know, or are we free to offer modeling content, pictures of vintage aircraft, and standard gauge diesel pictures as long as we put the NNG prefix to get past the disclaimer at the top of the Forum page?
