Interesting! I own a pair of D&RGW Handlan caboose markers and note they are identical to these class lamps, except the portion in the middle. Whereas the caboose markers have the four round lenses, the class lamps have the radial lenses. Everything else looks the same-- top and bottom. That is for the class lamps with the original oil chimneys.

One more thing-- it would appear that Handlan Buck was in business up through the late 1980's. When they closed up shop, I wonder what happened to their tooling? Was it sold? Does it still exist? Maybe to their competitor, Adlake? Speaking of Adlake, it appears they still list parts that might work on a Handlan Buck recreation too. Things like the cast, revolving bracket arm, etc.

Finally, has anyone heard from the D&S? I would think they would be interested in a few sets if the class lamps are reproduced.
