The Mogul, AKA the Lilly Belle (named for Lillian Disney) has been at the Strasburg RR shops for about five years now. Why it has taken this long is one of the best kept secrets in the business. From what I understand is a particularly strict non disclosure agreement with "the Mouse"that they can't even formally acknowledge it's even there.
