I went and looked at the webcam to see what you were talking about, it's not 053, but the derrick, OP. The camera angle makes it look attached the the roof of 053, but it is farther in the distance. it occured to me that you were looking at a jib which is actually the boom of OP, flat for storage on its idler car. Hope this clears things up.
