Taking your information, and retiring to a small private room for contemplation, and using the Sloan book and checking Narrow Gauge Pictorial III, the car must have started out life as one of the 1902 AC&F High Side gons, similar to 9451 on page 85. Comparing the pictures, it's heritage is obvious...

I'm still trying to figure out where 06413 came from, since I can't find any listing for the car as 6413. I would assume it might be a 37'4" flat as part of the 6600 class, since a number of cars are listed as included using the 6400 - 6407 series.

Basically, I'm using AMS 6000 series flats to build some of the MOW work cars, and if anyone has any suggestions, I'm definitely open to them. So far, I've built 06051 (still need to make the corner braces and add decals) and I'm working on 06084. And of course, that's 06092 lurking in the background, an AMS model.
