my then girlfriend and I drove from Durango over to Chama to ride one of the fall trips in 1994 or maybe 1995. We camped at the Rio Chama in my old tend Friday night and it seemed like all night long there was train activity in the yard and at one point in the night a train headed out.

At any rate, the Sat train was a triple header. Stupid me (young college kid) didn't have a camera so I couldn't tell you which engines pulled us, but it was a fantastic trip! I parked right behind the road engine on the deck from the first car and enjoyed the show.
