The Sumpter Valley folks should be gretting close to having Heisler No. 3 back in service. Here's a scan from a slide taken during the first summer of operation at McEwen.
That is an outstanding little loco, which is still running in the area where it began its service life a century ago. Here's wishing the SV people an No. 3 another great century of service.
