A lot depends on the locomotive you're firing as wellas the fuel, we never
had issues with a three hour fire up though by the time we finished the
check of the lubricator and a dozen other things it was about four hours.
The other big thing is to what BP you're running, we had pops at 203 top
and we rarely made that except on a hard run. I watch the C&TS stuff blow
much of the way up the hill and kinda wonder.
