SR&RL coach Miller platform restoration photos

The Sandy River & Rangeley Lakes group in Phillips, ME has posted some great photos on their Facebook page of the restoration of Sandy River RR coach 5/SR&RL coach 17, particularly of the rebuilt end platform and associated hardware. This car was built by Laconia in 1883 with Miller hook couplers and features the only intact Miller platform on any of the surviving 2'-gauge passenger cars in Maine (though the Miller hook couplers themselves are long gone, replaced by Janneys in the early 1900s), so I think it will be of interest to the group.
