NNG BNSF Appears to be doing a UP

I've just been contacted by Zazzle that my products that show NP Steam and Diesel power are being removed. These are photos my father took and I've added class specifications, etc. When did BNSF start immitating the UP? Is this going to affect all products which have logos or other referrences to former lines now a part of BNSF?

Zazzle has been contacted by legal representative of Burlington Northern Santa Fe Railway, and at their request, have removed the product from the Zazzle Marketplace."
