I would just like to check with you on your building locations.
The building that you point out to the left of the telegraph pole is a double story building. Wynkoop Street seems to be way over to the left and the building that you seem to be pointing out seems to be in the next street across.
I have been cross referencing the buildings on the hill of 19th street with this link,

and Wynkoop Street is near the middle photo next to the building with the chimney. There is a string of cars all the way down Wynkoop Street.

Have I misunderstood your post?
