No, they're different locomotives entirely. The 0-6-0 rebuilds started out life as class 35 engines; the original post in this thread is of a class 45 machine. Class 35 were the D&RG's first freight engines from the early 1870's; by the early 1880's the road had so many consolidations on roster as to render the earliest freight moguls surplus, hence rebuilding some of them into switchers. Class 45 were larger and bought originally as heavy passenger engines with taller drivers (45 inch like the 4-4-0's as opposed to the 36 inch used on most the freight engines) but didn't run steady enough past 20 MPH or so due probably to the short wheel base. The D&RG consequently bought 4-6-0's instead for future orders of passenger engines (class 45½ and class 47).
