He's not even two yet and already has hundreds of miles riding the train (including the caboose when it's on the train), and already has over 200 miles this season on steam powered narrow gauge. He would be on the engine if he could, but the caboose or coach is more comfortable for taking naps like an old-head conductor.
He's also been on a photo line during last fall's photo trains, and couldn't quite figure out what the train was doing just going back and forth. He knows when the crew goofs up, and will give them a dirty look instead of his usual smile. He got real upset the other day watching the 19 run around the train. As the engine went by it wasn't grandpa firing but his mother, and he was upset because he didn't get his student trip too as he does know where the firing valve is.
SVRR might have the first General Manager too young to drive.
