New updated on the work being done on the 470 car in Colorado Springs

Duncan has posted a update showing the work being done on this car. It appears that all of the heavy lifting grunt work that doesn't show but is SO IMPORTANT is pretty much done, so from here on out you will be able to see work progress much faster.

I hear that Russ Hanskom and his team has pretty much finished one of the passenger car trucks at the Antonito CRF and is working on a second one. What we don't have is enough money to buy the wheel sets needed for this car as well as the RPO and cook car so if you appreciate the efforts being done to bring a historic railcar back to life PLEASE consider donating to the cause.
