The Other Six Months

I was talking with a friend and we were discussing that the C&TSRR doesn't really have anything aimed to attract vacationers or people passing by to the C&TSRR during the six months off.

We know they can't ride, but is there something that could attract them anyways so they can retain the C&ts in their memory more than a road sign?

I know they were planning a museum, and I think a museum could help with this. People who cannot afford to ride, or people visiting in the off season could still have something to do and could come back another year to ride the railroad..
