We got a jumpstart on Earth Day yesterday when we joined forces with the Town of Antonito, Conejos County Clean Water, San Luis Valley Ecosystems Council and South Conejos School District. Conejos County 5th and 8th graders learned about environmental stewardship and then rode the C&TSRR to help clean up an illegal dumpsite several miles out of town. Thanks to everyone who participated!
