It's a really interesting property in that I'd be reasonably sure that it
was purchased with a 2000 foot house on one or two large parcels. The house was enlarged but the money is in the barn that holds the 20:3 layout
and the model ship collection and the other building holding the machine
shop. It's a piece of property that was built out for purpose without much
consideration for resale.
