The railroad is paying for the folders. The chamber of commerce in both communities is responsible for selling the space in the brochures and stuffing them into the ticket jackets. It is a way for the local businesses to get their message in front of 35-40,000 people already in the area with money to spend. The money generated by selling the ad space pays for the production of the brochure and gives the remainder to the chambers to further their work.
