I have always wondered what might have been if the U.S.Army hadn't requesitioned the locomotives during WWII?

With the full roster of K-28's on hand, what would have been the fate of the mudhens?

How would Montrose fit in the picture?

What would have been the fate of the 3 SN locomotives?

How would this affect the RGS?

What would have happend to the other locomotives requesitioned (Tweetse, & C&S)?
