Builders Plate for Cuban 30" gauge Baldwin 2-8-0 on Ebay?

Dear All,
Currently offered on Ebay is what purports to be the builder's plate for Baldwin C/N 14436, which is supposed to be (or have been) a 30" gauge 2-8-0 last reported in Cuba.
Ebay.com listing
Nonetheless, steamlocomotive.info lists this engine as MINAZ 1326, still extant:

This raises two questions:
1. Is the builder's plate real?
2. Does the engine really still exist?
And if the answer to both of the above is 'yes', then
3. How did the plate get separated from its engine?
Please discuss.
