I was just looking through Climax photos and noticed the track in this image.
Is it possible that the lower level track is wood rail? If so, it seems certain that it was much broader gauge, so I'm puzzled why they approached laying the new track this way.
Looks like it was "Bring your Children to Work" day on this loco - I think I see the engineer's shy daughter, beyond her daddy and standing by the water bunker.
