Standard gauge.

Back in the days of steam the operation used a former Virginia & Truckee 2-6-0 from 1926 to 1938. On the V&T the engine was first numbered 13 and later changed to 15. Locomotive is now part of the California State Railroad Museum collection and restored to its 1870s appearance.
