30 seconds into the video the guy relates that the Sheep were re-introduced in 2001. He also narrarated numerous incidents over the years reported considering that the area is remote and not populous nor patrolled by someone such as a farmer making his rounds checking his livestock.
Having seen what happened to my Doe who got herself trapped in the fence a couple of times I could only imagine what torture a wild animal would go through in such a precarious environment like that steep rocky canyon.
Once trapped in the fence with her developing horns she became the toy of the other goats who took the opportunity to beat her, and unable to free or defend herself, she was pretty well beat up. The last time it happened when she was attempting to get through the fence she was injured internally and bled to death. That took less than an hour, rather quick as opposed to being perhaps trapped for days until starving.
I'm rather pleased to see the dedication of that man in his narration through out the video.
